Clouds smear the sky and cover the sun.
As the night crawls,
Darkness surround you.
Slowing you down from what you were destined to be.
Sinking you into a piercing black grief of yesterday.

With darkness comes silence,
Draining you completely.
Into the chilling winds and the misty highs,
Where all you crave, is to find the ray of light.

Don’t worry.

This is momentary. A time to energize.
For there is a golden sunshine,
That will pierce through the thick clouds and shimmer the radiance.
Portraying warm colors and strong emotions.
Giving you hope, trust, love and desire.
